For a whole year, I had a lot of headaches. I was nervous, irritable, I had no peace in my soul. During one trip to Ohrid, I entered “St. Erasmus “. I lit candles in the cave church and in the other church. I prayed to St. Erasmus:
“Saint Erasmus, my head hurts a lot, help me …”
When I arrived home (village Nerezi, Struga), I was somewhat better, calmer. After some time, I came back to “St. Erasmus” again.
Later on, with two of my friends went to Bitola with my car. On the way back, the friend that was sitting in the back seat fell asleep, and my friend next to me told me to wake him up.
– Let him rest! – I told him.
One time I felt like I was falling asleep, but I still drove. In my half-dream, my car goes left and right and I am supposedly hitting a car from the left and a car from the right. I felt terrible pain under the arms of my back. I arrived somehow home, but I had unbearable pain. I came here. Shame – no shame, I told Aunt Vesa what happened to me when I came back from Bitola and about the pain. She said:
– Robert, go and confess to Father Partenij. Arrange with him the day you can visit him, just be persistent because it’s hard to get him on the phone, he is very busy.
I spent almost all day calling for Father Partenij, but I cannot reach him. In the evening I gave up. After 5 minutes of my last call, Father Patenij himself called me.
– Tell me, my child, what trouble do you have? – He asked me.
– Father Partenij, I have a great burden in my soul. I’m asking you to accept me for a confession …
– Don’t worry, my child! The Lord will help you, but let’s meet as soon as you can.
On August 24, 2013 I went. I confessed.
From that day on, I’m like a new person. This help comes from St. Erasmus – Robert Markoski told us on February 3, 2015 in the monastery “St. Erasmus”.
