In 2012, in the monastery “St. Erasmus” came a father-in-law, mother-in-law with a daughter-in-law, from Bulgaria. The bride was married for 15 years, but they don’t have children with her husband.
By somebody’s recommendation or a “call” from St. Erasmus they came to Ohrid. The three of them entered the cave church. They prayed, the mother-in-law and the father-in-law, of course, for a bride’s birth. But the bride prayed the most. Soon after, she became pregnant. She born a male child.
Since then, they regularly come to the feast of St. Erasmus, carrying gifts. As gratitude, she gave an artistic image to the monastery with an Ohrid motif, which is kept in the appropriate place at St. Erasmus temple.
